Ben Broyles is a multi instrumentalist performer, composer, teacher and luthier that resides in Manhattan, Montana. Ben started his musical training at the age of 6 on the guitar. By the time school band was offered, Ben switched his focus to percussion. He took private lessons and played in symphonic, jazz and marching band all through out high school and experimented with bass guitar over the summers. By the age of 17, Ben had organized and performed with 2 original bands. Ben spent most of his early twenties perfecting his drumming technique, and studying guitar, bass and piano. Ben completed 2 years of schooling in Audio Engineering and Music Business. He landed an internship at Living Head Audio Recording and continued to immerse himself in the business of music. By 24, Ben had become a sought after professional musician in the greater Phoenix area.
After setting up a small home studio, Ben enrolled in school for Music Education and Composition/Theory. He quickly landed a job teaching private lessons in percussion, drums, guitar, bass, piano, woodwinds and brass, theory and group ensemble. During the summers, Ben devoted his time as musical director for a local youth theater. During this time, Ben was also hired at an elementary school to recruit and teach a beginning band class for 5th and 6th graders. Devoted students of all ages and skill levels helped Ben open his own business, Take Note Music in 2009. On top of 50+ private lessons a week, Ben continued to work with national recording artists, touring bands, local bands, worship teams, high school choirs, and recording studios. in 2013, Ben relocated to Montana where he works for Gibson Guitar Corp, and still actively pursues performing, recording, teaching and composing.
